VideoLAN doc switches to GPL
Due to legal problems with the GNU FDL license, the VideoLAN doc was switched to General Public License. The VideoLAN Quickstart was also removed, as it was redundant with the VideoLAN Howto.

VideoLAN software is licensed under various open-source licenses: use and distribution are defined by each software license.
