Release: VLC 0.6.2

This new release of VLC follows the previous one very closely because it mainly fixes a regression in VLC 0.6.1 which made some streams unplayable. VLC 0.6.2 also features an improved MPEG TS muxer, proper PTS/DTS generation in the transcoding module, support for DVB-S/C/T cards using V4L2 API, DVD menus navigation in the wxWindows interface and fixes to the VCD navigation.
