This new release brings enhancements to the BeOS and iPAQ familiar Linux ports, as well as a new RTP input. VLC is also compliant to general practice on how to embed A/52, DVD SPU and LPCM elementary streams in MPEG-2 TS. It can still read from VLS 0.3.x with the –vls-backwards-compat option.
